What's wrong with hippo tang?

Hi everybody my team has looked like this for at least a good six months or so she behaves normally eats good and overall is a very healthy fish but always has these irregular spots all over her just wondering if anybody knows what this is and if it's bad to where I should put in a hospital tank thanks

I can't see the pictures on mobile, but hippo tangs tend to wedge themselves into the rocks and scrape themselves up.

+1. My hippo has done the wedge thing several times. On two of those occasions she scraped a couple of scales that made them look like white spots.

That looks like HLLE. Can be caused by numerous things. Stress in too small of a tank, running activated carbon, deficient diet.
