possibilities are endless. a nice fat clam...start a torch garden...cynarinas are beautiful...especially if you can find one like this:

indeed i was thinking torch garden! but on a side note.. clam, duncan, something CRAZY would also fit...

ur right... too many possibilities :(

BTW that cynarina is gorgeous!

thanks...was thinking...Dendro? I have a gorgeous bright orange one (now with multiple babies :eek2:)...mounted it to a piece of dead coral, stuck it in the sand like a tree. looks cool. i'll try to snap a picture tomorrow when the lights come back on.

another great possibility! i really just dont know... i also put the smaller rock back in the scape. that larger one looked like an eagle taking flight from the rockwork... :(

kinda hate that when it happens...i've got a clown face on the L/H side of my tank, anthilias (sp?) hair, eflo nose and big huge lobo smile face...geesh.

LOL :)

well its fixed now thank GOD. I think all the acros will be leaving my tank tho. after i put that smaller rock back in its rightful spot, there is nowhere to mount them.

I vote torch(s). Give it some nice motion.

Wow Cully! nice to see ya! its been a while. How's everything?

Torches are the way. Grabbing a few tomorrow. Lets hope it ends better than today. (a mess of a room... switching mad live rocks... corals moved around again... water everywhere... headache... im going to go get a beer right now. bye

My def, opinion would be a neat, healthy elegance, or a torch for second choice,(a brown, purple or yellow to offset the other green euphyllia.

Chicks dig it.

you'd be the man on campus with cool coral that are "pretty"

sorry to offend all the other "real" reefer chick's but common chicks dig xenia for some reason.....................................

haha! Unfortunately, the idea of glueing animals to rocks is an ultimate turn off. as well as the noise... and the skimmer itself. oh and the lights. i txted a friend a pic of my new lights back in the day... and a girl happened to see it. all chances of being anything with that girl (other than the freak who she thinks grows pot) were over at that very moment.

that's why i have to get a "nemo fish"... makes up for everything :)

No matter what you plan to keep in the tank, if you want girls to like the fish or corals you might want to think about moving the tank out of your parent's house.

As for a coral to add to the tank. How about some of the closed brains to add texture to the tank. Think boulder with design. Favia, goniastrea, platygyra, leptoria, montastrea, moseleya. Go for cool maze or meandering pattern or a honeycomb. I know its not gonna add movement to the tank but I always think back to the wild reefs when I see boulder brain corals like that.
