Which clowns?

Icefire

Seasoned reefer
I got a 50G with a 33G refugium.

We want a pair of clowns with:

Bangai cardinal
canaray or midas blenny
And/or a goby
Maybe some bass chalk
A bunch of shrimps

Now the LFS have:

- Clarky Clown
- Black Saddle Clown
- Ocellaris Clown
- Percula clown
- Yellowstripe Maroon Clown
- Orange skunk clown

Any not suitable/too aggressive to get as 2 small-medium size?

My gf love the maroon clown but I guess they can terorize the reef....

Thanks

I agree with ocellaris or percs... the skunk would work too, IMO. The others are too rambunctious for the peaceful fish you've already got.

Ocellaris are usually considered the easiest to keep and there are some really cool color morphs. I personally like perculas more, but that's just my preference. Skunks are cool because many people keep them in smal harems, or groups, and they usually do well with a small bunch in a single anem.

polymnus, or black/brown saddlebacks, are considered mean guys and I think can be as mean or meaner than maroons. Clarkiis are a pretty good choice, but are a larger variety and can be more aggressive than ocellaris and percs.

The smaller clowns are A. percula, A. ocellaris and A. perideraion (Pink Skunk). All three are not aggressive and are perfect choices for a reef tank.
