Which fish is the culprit???

Out of the fish listed below which in your opinions would be responsible for destroying my beautiful Duncan, and possibly nipping at my candy coral, completely wiping out my green star polyps (which from what I've read is very hard to do)

Maroon clown fish (stays mostly in the lower left corner of my tank)
Pj cardinal (I just know it can't be him)
Coral beauty
6 line wrasses
File fish (did a fantastic job getting rid of my aptasia problem)
Wrasse but not sure of the name, he's orange with purple down his sides.
Lawnmower blenny
Yellow tang

Any advice is much appreciated!

What kind of filefish? There are tons of species that can be called "filefish".

I would probably say it is between the coral beauty and the filefish...

My apologies, it's a matted file fish. The unknown wrasse actually seems very peaceful. But who knows when I'm not looking.

Thanks for the help. If I can somehow catch the little bugger the file fish will be banished to the qt tank.

I have to keep a stick near my duncan during feeding time. My sixline doesn't even eat what I feed everyone, he just goes straight for the duncan to pick it's food off. I've done the bottle cap but it just hits it and turn it over. I've seen it going around the tank and picking at things then heads over to nip at the duncan looking for food. A few months ago I posted a pick of ripped duncan frills as it just demolished the poor things tentacles off. My guess is the Wrasse.

dont be suprised if it still happens with coral beauty left in the tank. i have 4 angels in my mixed reef and they all love the candy cane coral. i actually keep replenishing the coral because the angels pay no attention to the other corals as long as there is some candycane left.:P
