which is less likely to nip SPS, regal or flame angel

As per title, I have read lots of threads discussing these fish and corals. I'm trying to get a better feel for which of these two would be safer for my SPS only tank.

Of the two, I'd say a flame is less likely. That having been said, there is a member of my local reef club who has a regal in their 300 that seems to do okay with the SPS, and the colonies are big enough to bounce back from an occasional taste test. they also keep the tank very well fed.

My Flame only nips at my SPS; leaves all of my LPS alone (including a number of fleshy brain corals!).

Regals can change. I know of one (500g) that did fine for a couple of years, then wham. I have never tried a flame with SPS.
