No clue. They are sponsors on RC so I don't know why it was removed. Maybe RC doesn't let sponsors post outside of their own forums.

Fwiw, I have a unit from airwaterice. It is actually my second unit from them, after selling my original with all my other equipment years ago.

Are your filters universal for the eBay unit?

They are universal. I currently use the chloramine+ filters from brs. Also recommend billing up a two canister di system to it, and don't run water from the reserve tank into your aquarium, only for drinking.
