"White head" coming from nostril?

I have a Harelquin tusk whom has what looks like a white head coming out of one of his nostrils. The same side of his face seems like it's a biut swollen too. I've had the fish for a few months and he was qt'd prophylacticly with tank transfer and prazi pro. This white head thing appeared almost overnight. Anyone have ever heard of anything like this? The "white head" is literally sticking out slightly. My guess is that he hit his head on a rock while using the rock to help tear up clam meat; possibly stuck himself by a vermetid snail???

Anything would help. And no I cannot take pictures. I do not have a camera or a phone worthy of taking any helpful photos.

Could just be an injury or coral sting. Or possibly Lymphocystis.

I was also thinking it could be liymph too. hes still acting normal and eating fine so see if it gets better over the next few days
