white lump on wrasse

I have a six line wrasse with a white bump that is getting larger. The lump was not present when I bought the fish about 3 weeks ago then started as speck and now a little larger than tip of ball point pen. He is still very active and eating(made taking photo challenging). Any ideas???

Is it still getting larger? How far does it protrude out?

Any texture, like miniature cauliflower or cottage cheese?

Ask for help and won't answer a couple of simple questions....happens a lot and its pretty annoying. Or maybe that's the objective?
