White wyoming Face ripped

My white wyoming has a ripped up face and when it first happend it looked like white ripped flesh all over his face, now with the other clown fish gone and them not fighting I thought it would heal, but its been awhile and his face is still looks a little ripped up, I think its healing though and what I am seeing now is the bone through his skin but the side of his face looks pretty bad also. The reason I am posting this is because now he is swimming face up at the top of the tank for air and still looks pretty battered up, he is also thrashing his head for some reason. Do you guys know how long it takes for clown fish to heal? I have 0 ammonia 5ppm nitrates and 1.025 salinity also 0 phosphates. All of my other fish are fine and he is eating.

could be Brooklynella, or ammonia burn.

what other fish are in the tank, and how long has the tank been setup? what size tank?

i'm still gonna go with brook, with the gasping of air and such it sounds like it, but you may wanna wait for more opinions.

also you may wanna post this in the fish disease forum.
