Almost all moderators emails are their username @ reefcentral.com. You can report the thread with the general 'problem' also. We'll all see that. If you think their's a genuine problem it's never to come off like the OP's post, it doesn't lead to credibility. I also know that we are capable of admitting we are wrong, but calling us names isn't going to convince us of that. Sometimes our seemingly 'harsh' action is kind of like tough love, it's the only way we get listened to.

Honestly the unhappy people are really in the minority, unfortunately they are the loudest, and some people just get caught up in the drama. Most get over it and we never have problems again, and it's the bandwagon crowd that end up gone.
