Did Beananimal really get banned?

Kalvin was neutered at 5 months because he couldn't keep his paws off other dogs. Didn't stop him at all. It's a control thing. He's always gotta be top dog, no matter how big the other one is. At least he doesn't hump people! That would be soooooo rude (& embarassing)!
