Whole tank shots please!

Wow!!! That is a steal for a frag of that! I have been looking at a colony of it at my LFS but I just can't bring myself to drop the $150 that he wants for it. It is an awesome colony but...I like starting out with small frags and watching them grow. Almost all of my corals (except the ORAs) were $9.95 each. Well if you ever decide to frag that I would be first inline for a piece!

ty captn! bartlett is correct - beautiful and active, but aggresssive and always hungry(newbie mistake.. not enough research)
i was told they were a schooling fish, but the biggest one spent all his time picking on the 2 smaller and they were a bugger to catch. my fav is the wrasse...personality plus!
with the tank being bottom drilled, it makes it easy to scape.

Very cool Mike! I like the minimal look of the stand and lighting setup. Very cool. Is that a RBTA???

Thanks Ziggy!

Oh and yes, its a RBTA. Grows and multiplies quick!

I set the tank up with all the lr and ls from my old tank and added more sand and around 27lbs of rock. I also used the natural sea water. Around 25 gals or so.

I just added a RBTA to my tank a week ago. It was a little bleached because of poor lighting in the tank it was in but it is coloring up nicely. I'm hoping it will multiply!!! $$$$$

It is a powder brown, Great story, I rescued him from my local petco ( I know, Risky ). Petco's fish looked horrible for a long time cause they couldnt keep anyone employed who knew about the hobby. After watching many tangs die there, I decided I wasnt going to let this one die. I have always loved PBT's. He was looking bad, I actually nursed him back to a healthy state in a 15gal QT for 6 weeks. Then I put him in my 46bow and he did great. He is about 75% of the reason I upgraded to a 125gal tank. Just watching him in the 125 I can tell he is pretty dang happy.
Thanks.
