Last time I hit a golf ball I was about 10 and knocking it around the park in front of my parents house. The distruction of our sliding glass door was the end of my PGA dreams.

But it ws a very pretty shot. :D

how can you get it at AFA.....i see you are retired army....wouldnt that be like fort carson. lol i could be way off. AFA would be a great course i hear it is nice.....clownin and I know the teaching instructor over there. Gene Miranda.

I would be in for a game of golf. Cant wait for the snow to get out of my way. You folks down there are all dryed up while I still have a good foot on the ground.
 
lol yea in the springs there is not that much snow very interesting because im in denver right now and there is more snow up here then in denver but usually it is the other way around....more snow in CS and less in denver
 
Butch, I can get on any military installation ;=P. We could set up a tourny on just about any course. Want to keep it priced reasonably. The AFA will run about $50 + Cart for you Civies.
 
well rex I'm loking at a 5 foot drift in our backyard and a 2-3 footer in the front so i wouldnt say its dried up yet, but it is certainly getting warm It was about 30 and snowing a couple hours ago in Black Forest!
 
Okay, I'll admit it. I was totally wrong.
Following this thread from (almost) the beginning, I was sure Butchdawg14 would join our list of "moved on" members.
Don't take that the wrong way, it's actually refreshing to see someone save themselves, and prove me wrong.
SCMAS people have really shown what they're made of here as well. Your willingness to step up and offer assistance to someone with a rather rocky start on the board is commendable. It's not always easy to be nice.
 
Dgen, we have had our issues and over come them, in the last few months. We are trying to keep open minds but at the same time be cautious so we don't have a repeat of what happend before.

A person that is able to actually learn from past "issues" is the example of intelligence.
I've found that it's not really difficult for people to get along in most cases. A small amount of patience goes a long way, and not just concerning a reef tank.
You're obviously a good group of folks, and I'm glad you're here.
 
well also I just dont like people when they say stupid stuff that doesnt pertain to them what so ever, it annoys me....so i have to tell them otherwise. also these guys that have been talking in the most popular thread (which is this one) are the guys that i like because they can help people out and have patientance instead of just writing dirty comments to me......because if they would have i probably would no longer be on this site.....but they know how to tell me i did the wrong thing...and have fun with it at the same time. I mean how many times have you all talked about playing golf......this year it is going to start too......clowninaround74 and I would love to play some golf with our follow reefer....i dont know what happened "last time" someone was on here and they got kicked off, Butchdawg14 is here and going to stay here. its like carmelo anthony hitting that guy and getting 15 games suspension he learned from that now i learned from what i did and we move on. ill be hopefully getting my 6 gal started this coming up week it will be pretty ballin im not going to lie.....and that avatar is coming soon as well i wont let all the people that want to see my avatar down

oh really damn thats a bummer i wish i could have but i didnt get into the springs untill like 4 30 ill make the next one if possible... who won it.....
