Why does my power bil continue to rise?

Really?? I remember Pete Wilson being governor when deregulation passed & he was pushing it w/ everything he had. Experts were telling him that California was doing it the wrong way & they should follow Pennsylvania's plan to deregulate.................nowadays Pennsylvania's residents are paying 30% less in electricity while, once again, we get screwed by beauracrats (politicians, regardless of thier affiliation, I don't trust a single one)................

Well, when you let the foxes (power companies) design the henhouse (deregulation legislation), you shouldn't be surprised when chicken is on the menu.
