Will condy's eat shrimp?

I have a 30g with a small/medium sized condy. I rescued it and i am bringing it back to health. The owner kinda just neglected the tank over time, hardly had the light (no timer..), he works all day and would just forget about the tank! But this guy has been through hell, hasnt been fed i bet in weeks or more. The heater had been off, water felt ice cold, probably 50s, waterline was at 60% full. So i snatched up his live rock, damsel and condy. Doing well now. I love my peppermint shrimp, is he at risk with the condy around? I would think he would stay away or be able to swim away from it if it was in any danger.

While the Condi is recovering the shrimp may be okay, but when the condi becomes healthy again the shrimp could be in major trouble. Condi's have a very powerful grip. The shrimp will have a hard time escaping from it.

condis eat everything. ive seam them try to choke down a horshoe crab but i saved the little guy.( w/ some difficulty i might add.)

Well I read on WWM some, it seems the large condis are more risky. and condis might or might not eat inverts/fish. Since i have a single Flourescent light, i should sell him, I do want to keep him but I worry he might not have enough light, it looks nice in there though. He is looking good. He lived for 8mo under a 400w MH shop light which was on when owner remembered about it. It really appears that he will live fine in my tank but from what i read by bob, you need to have VHO/PC or greater for these, but i have a feeling that could be argued?.. what do you guys think?

IME with condies they need atleast cho/pc lighting or wise its a constant battle trying to keep them from wasting.

i have had them under NO flourescents but i had about 4wpg as well.
