Will my purple pseudochromis ever like my six line wrasse?

Yesterday I bought a mandrain and a six line wrasse, my purple pseudochromis won't let Hume swim anywhere with up chasing him around so my six line is hiding in the corner under a rock. Will the purple psudo get better or will he stress out and kill mi six line? how long will/can the six line live like this? Anyone wih experience with this? I Have a 5 foot 125 gal tank so there is lots of room. Thanks

Mine use to be rather mean now it just teases the sixline harmlessly. Hopefully this happens with yours.

my psuedochromis is the meanest fish in the tank. it doesn't even like it when I add new snails.

Purples are as bad as damsels if not worse!

I have two blue w/yellow tail dàmsels and the psudo keeps them seperate, chases them if they swim in his area but he keeps them on opposite sides of the tank!!! Think I might be trading in my psudo came with my set up he is cool and all but my 6 line is way sweeter and it's my wifes fish, she said psudo goes if it's between the two. She was so happy to finally get her 6 line and can't even look at him!!!

Or if anyone has coral to trade for him maybe??? He is About 2" long. I read add them after other fish then they are better? He is healthy eats great and very active. Swims out in the open. Nice purple color. Reef safe. Just throwing it out their. Or how much can I expect to get as a trade in? Or how much should I ask any suggestions??

i have had a six line for awhile. after a few months of him acclimated to my tank i added a purple pseudo. at least once a week i would see a new sore on the pseudo. it was my six line kicking the **** out of my pseudo. they eventually calmed down a bit and only did the occasional chase, which the six line won every time. they lived in relative acceptance of each other for the most part until one night the pseudo got too excited and jumped out of the tank. this was all in a 55.

a trade in to a store may get you ten bucks.
