Will related clownfish pair up?

Just wondering if clownfish care about incest or not. I know the common practice is to get two juveniles from the same tank at thesame time when trying to create a pair, but I'd imagine the odds of those fish being from the same parents are pretty high.

They will pair with brothers, sisters, etc.

Folks planning on actually breeding, frequently prefer to pair non-related clowns when possible.....but that is a whole different discussion :)

Yeah, my concern isn't really breeding and raising the fry so making mutant incest babies isn't an issue. I just want them to be happy and exhibit the pairing/mated behaviour.

They will be happy...no negative defects until 8-10 generations or so from what I have read, though I may be wrong. ;)
no worries.
