Wow, I can't believe they actually advertise a "white" sebae.
Hopefully what you have isn't that white, because that means bleached, not a good way to start.
Also, they are sand dwellars, so rock placement isn't best choice, but if it's attached, don't pull and tear foot.
Post all tank specs. params, time running.
If it survives, yes, a cinnamon may accept it as a host, but you have to make sure your tank will accomidate this nem.
 
i tested my water yesterday and it is as follows sg 1.023 0 amm 0 nitrite 20-30 nitrate.temp is approx 78.

i plan on doing a water changes tomorrow of about 10 gallons (setting the water today to let salt dissolve) i use reef crystals if that matters also.

the tank is a 44g corner tank i am using a sump a with approx 5 gallons in it. i have a return pump that pumps 660 gph and a aqueon powerhead that i beleive is rated at 500 gph.

lighting wise i have a set of 24 inch and 30 inch coralife t5ho. each set has a 10,000k and actinic bulb in them i believe that total wattage is ~100w.

when i got home to read more about this nem i saw about the coloration meaning that it is bleached since i have had it i have been giving it some mysis shrimp and it is taking them very well. i plan on getting some PE Mysis next time i am at the LFS as I have read good things about them.
 
Yes it will host.

It want to keep the nem long term i would suggest you raise your salinity to 1.026 and get stronger lighting, like another 2 T5 bulbs.
