That is called "peacock" pose. My wife does a lot of yoga. I just started doing yoga a month and a half ago.

The crew will be here in 40 minutes, I gotta go to HD (again - I'm in there so much that yesterday I had forgotten my wallet & the cashier lent me $$ to buy what I needed)
