Any idea what this is? Its not a bristle worm as it had no bristles and i watched my damsel eat it right up like a pice of spaghetti

It appears to be a scale worm, which do have "bristles", but just not as obvious as other worms. Please see the worm section of my hitch hiker pages for more photos and info.
