Worm/parasite on Orange Linka

I just put an Orange linka in my Nano tank about 1 week ago. Today I noticed that it is not moving, when I turned it over to see if could turn its self back over, it took it an hour to right its self up. Now Ive noticed that there is what looks like 3 worm like things coming out of the center top of the Linka. Could this be a worm or parasite of some kind.
