does it run down the outer edge also? hard to tell from the photos. Certainly looks very straight and uniform……

No leaking from there?

If that's a reef octopus, I just checked mine. No crack. That is my biggest fear when I take off the collection cup.

Yeah it is a RO. I e-mail them and they said it looked like the screw was over-tightened (never took it off) or the holder was bumped, maybe... but I do not remember pumping it.

They said to add some Weldon and be good to go.

It was leaking quite a bit.

Use Weldon 16 for the best results.
