Wow! GREAT customer service!

My husband purchased an aquarium for me from aquacave.com for Christmas. I love it! However, I did have an issue and contacted aquacave, questioning what may have went wrong. The very quickly responded to my issue and referred me to the manufacturer who is taking care of the problem! I do not think other companies would have done this. Albert Andrasz has been super helpful and I truly appreciate it. This company has definitely won my loyalties!!

This can not be true Albert has provided me horrible service. I ordered 2 items and only received one of them. FedEx told me the other package shows as delivered but the driver said he didn't remember delivering it. Because Aqua Cave doesn't require signatures FedEx is not responsible for the lost package. Albert and Monica were both very ignorant and were not helpful at all. I have since had to order a second refugium for my tank and this ended up costing me over $600 since i had to order another(from another retialer). They basically told me that they could not help me. And that is putting it nicely. Like I said they were very rude and used foul language with me. Needless to say I have hired an attorney and they will be coming here for court
 
I am sorry degibson84 that you had such bad service! However, in my circumstances, they were great, so I can only comment on my experience. I hope things get resolved for you!
