Fish are Friends not Food
Club Members:
We're going to be coordinating and placing another Group Buy for Frozen Food. (Our last one was back in July.)
1) In fairness to our Sponsors, Participation is limited to active WTMRAC Members only.
2) Members interested in participating should drop me a PM entitled: "œFrozen Food Order", and list your Brand & food type preferences, along with the associated Quantities of each. (As a guideline: list only those standard brands, routinely available from the Local Fish stores and on-line vendors. Nothing too exotic. Use the previous post as your guide: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1663613&highlight=food )
3) WTMRAC will consolidate the Club data in order to develop a Master Buy sheet.
4) Once we have a better idea of the rough order of magnitude we will be buying, we will solicit bids from our favorite vendors for final Unit prices.
5) Once the Vendors bid, WTRMAC will announce the awarded finalist, with their per unit prices, via a group PM.
6) WTMRAC will then request Fund$ from Members, for a Cash-In-Advance order to be placed with the finalist.
7) WTMRAC expects to have Buyer feed-back by our next meeting, with a Food order placed on or about the 1st week in March.
8) Non-Members desiring to participate are encouraged to do so, by Joining WTMRAC at www.wtmrac.com/join.html
(The modest cost to joint the Club can easily be underwritten by the savings garnered from about 8-10 paks of Frozen Food, so if you want in on "œThe Deal", join WTMRAC!)
