i did not know that candies open up and have tenticles!!!!! i was kind of blown away this morning and ive never seen this before......i even fed them! i should feed them right?

yes, i spot feed mine and they grow like crazy. Use a turkey baster or a long feeder from teh LFS.

The seasoned folks can chime in with feeding recommendations - I feed cylopeeze to the smaller ones and the occasional mysis to the larger heads.

I believe most LPS will send out sweepers at night and then pull them back in when the lights come on in the AM.

So true. I think this was the greatest surprise for me back in the early days. My wife thought I was nuts.
