Yellow Clown Goby Care

I just got a yellow clown goby two days again. And Ive read online that they are sometimes tricky to feed. I havent really noticed him grab any food in the water column but I have seen him pick some stuff off the rocks. What is your guy's experiences with these fish? Thanks.

We had one that lived quite a long time. The only thing he would eat was finely chopped frozen squid. They are neat little fish for nano tanks.

Mine is a pain to feed. I turn off the flow and drop it right outside his house, then he and the shrimp come out and eat it if the cleaner shrimp doesn't barge in first. Luckily it's a small tank so it's easy to manage. I did get him to eat with the flow on after five months or so, but I felt bad that the shrimp wasn't getting enough, so it's back to room service with the turkey baster. Mine is very timid as soon as the lid opens, otherwise he's always sitting out.
