Your Favorite Tang/Surgeonfish

Love em all
I like the yellow tang I am tryin to overfeed mine to see if I can get him to his max size of 7" or more. Wery few do this or apreciate there beauty because you consider theme a CHEAP fish.
Where I live in Venezuela they cost an equivalent of $60 or $70.
Shame on you.

Kole tangs are pretty sweet IMO. I think that it will probably be my first fish (in a month or so). I want a pair of tangs in my tank and I thinking it will be between a PBT, purple, or a Kole. I am kind of leaning towards a PBT and a Kole due to the fact that they are not as aggressive. I also looked at some sailfins, but I will probably stick with the other three. Good looking tang BTW.

MY PBT is very aggressive it will fight with much larger fish.
If you have a small tank i will go with the kole .
My PBT need more room my seven foot tank is to small for him.
 
i have had saifins before and everyone was the nicest tang ever. my fist became best friends with my naso and they never left eachothers side. it was really fun to watch them swim around together all the time. i too am looking at adding a few tangs soon and have looking into a kole. i will probably get a sailfin as well as i have good success with them and they are gorgeous. i think i will do a desjardini this time as they are a little more showy.
 
Snausages01; PBT is one of the most agressive tangs were as the Kole is one of the more passive. If you want just one tang i would go for the PBT, but if you want two the Kole is best.

All my tangs are my favor...infact I love all my fishes...but the Z. Gemmatum is special for me, because I've been waiting 3 years to get her.
