brad - i haven't gotten one before. none have ever been on my AU list and i dont import from Vanuatu. 8k is about right for pepps. I would think more considering one hasn't been in the trade for a very long time (and you can easily die catching them) 8k is cheap IMO :)

Thanks DJ.
I'm going to be in Oahu in August, we'll have to get together.

brad - what dates, ill be gone in the beginning of august, but back on the 13th. :)

that is a really nice pair of bandits. Serdar knows his stuff too. Good price!

DJ, I'll be over on the island 8/11 to 8/25 doing the tile work on a new LDS building. I'm going to try and find a home to rent for 2 weeks somewhere around Honolulu. I'll be coming over with 3 of my guys, so its less money for me to try to find a house for rent then finding 4 hotel rooms.

This ones for you Tim, I know how much you like these guys!

Hey Tim,
As you saw in my pics i have a pair of xmas island emps in with my pair of conspics with no issues. I wouldn't even think twice about a black tang harrasing one either. Don't let that hold you back...go for it!

Oh the two of you coming at me hard. LOL. How did the Wroughts come in Matt? How big are they? How are all you fish doing Shark? I am should be receiving my small Japanese Dragon Moray in about a week or so. So I will wait to see if everything works out with the eel. i have to get confirmation that the eel has landed from Japan. The person I am getting him from is on vacation. My concern is that the Black Tang gave my Tinker's such a hard time when I added him. I can only imagine a Conspic or Wrought that are mostly black. How dull am I that I like all the black fish!!!! It's the small amazing accents on both the Wrought and Conspic that make them stunning. Matt most people are not aware of the great stock you have available. If anyone is looking for the real hard to get stuff, give him a shout. Matt let me know how those Wroughts came in case the eel doesn't work out. Hope everyone has a great holiday. Regards, Tim

They came in around 5.5" and appear good so far, only been in the tank for about 2hrs since acclimation. They have already paired up and don't stray too far from each other. I know they are a schooling fish, but would be cool to have a male and female!

so apparently i have pretty cheap tastes.
1. harlequin tusk
2. clown trigger
3. pinkface wrasse

but since we're in fantasy land, can't i just have a house out over the reef and step out my front door into "my tank"?? :)

1) Joculator Angel
2) Interuptus Angel
3) Pair of Lanceolotus Fairy wrasses
4) Black Tang
5) Pair of Austrailian Hooded Fairy wrasses
6) Super, Super, Super male Lineatus fairy wrasses

Those are what I am after!!

deltec, i thought you had a supermale lineatus??

He died on me when I was away in Atlanta for a couple of days. They were all well fed from my tank sitter so I have no idea how he died :(

thats too bad. He was a beauty. I haven't seen any around lately... just scotts.. lots and lots of scotts. haha

I love Scott's, I would love a big ole supermale Aust. Scotts but they can be too damn aggressive. I had one in the past and had to get rid of him because he was harassing everyone in the tank including my pair of wild picasso clown's. Oh well.

Scott

Pair of wild picasso's? Really? That mutation is typically created by severe artificial selection of mutative traits. Where did you find a pair of wild picassos?

I bought them from my LFS about two months ago, not sure what his source is but he seems to be getting in grade a and b picasso's in quite a bit. He had 1 snowflake for a week sitting around but after that I haven't seen any since.

1.) C. resplendens
2.) S. dracula (which have recently become available and I plan to get a pair)
3.) Chaetodon austriacus and larvatus that thrive on flake food ;)
