I hear this all the time, but its funny that over on the Zeovit boards, where there are thousands of users, that noone is yelling that ZEOVIT DESTROYED MY REEF! Funny that the place where the most concentrated amount of users isnt seeing this outlandishly high % of lost tanks. If what you guys were saying were actually the case, tanks would be crashing in droves....this is simply not the case.

And what proof do you have that Zeovit was the reason these tanks crashed?? I think its pretty easy to just point fingers when usually it was something the reefer did and if Zeo was a contributor it was likely impatience and not following instructions.

Horace, when zeovit crashes someones tank, they tend to stop going to the zeovit forum, as they tend to stop being zeovit users.

Your analogy about drugs is silly...they DO have exactly whats on them written down.


My biggest issue with Zeovit is that we're still all just guinea pigs. A year or two ago they were saying ozone was fine, now its a no-no, and they say its always been a no-no. Same with UV. They have a product, wont tell anyone how it works, and when it interacts poorly with something, they just add it to the manual.

Also Horace, the explanation of how zeovit works that they give you just plain doesnt Jive with science. I'm not saying it doesnt work: I'm just saying its not doing what theyre telling you it is.
