Zoa frags not making it

Got several zoa's in the other day everything from fruit loops to la lakers. I got about 20 frags of different zoas. They dont seem to be doing good at all. When I put them in the tank about 8 hours later they were all out and loving life so i thought... then next day 2 of them basically melted. The next day another colony didnt come out and had some white film on them. They all just dont look good at all. I checked my phosphate and nitrate and they are all awesome. No nitrate and no phosphate. Checked calcium while i was at it and it was 450. What should I do?

These were expensive frags, SO expensive I was only able to purchase 1 and 2 polyps of each frag. I was told my LFS my alkalinity was fine and my PH is at 8

If you do not have your own Alk test you should pick one up. It will vary much more quickly than calcium levels and should be checked more frequently.

I had a similar issue with white spots on the heads of my Zoa's. I think it was a pest, Revive did the trick, but I never figured out what caused it to start with.

I had some white non-uniform patches on my zoas too but they went away in a week. Never figured out what it was but it did happen when I added carbon, so I removed the carbon. Also had added GFO a few weeks before, maybe they liked the higher phopsphate levels.

Maybe light acclimation? Flow?

Are these frags healed up after fragging before you buy them? Fragging can cause stress and usually do, on top of that the coral usually gets stressed from moving as well.

Here are some pictures,

Sorry pictures are not that good, Suggestions about whats wrogn with these guys would be greatly appreciated

They have been dipped previously in Revive for 15 minutes and they have been dipped in Medicoral by Brightwell Aquatics for 10 minutes

Try to bring your alkalinity up a little (8-10 dKH).
I believe there must be something else going on...
Lights?
Chemicals?
You've said "white film" in your first message. That's probably bacteria infection.

I had a 12 bulb Nova Extreme Pro T5 fixture. About 2 weeks ago the left side fell into the tank while I was cleaning it and it shot the balast so I had to send it off for repairs. I have 6 T5 fixtures with 10,000k, 3 fixtures on each side of my tank I'm using until my fixture gets back. I use Fusion 1 and Fusion 2, That is the only chemicals I use on this system. The white film you can see in the pictures above. Not sure if that is normal or if im just being paranoid.

I would just maybe try to dip them. I never tried revive but I had a single polyp start melting until I gave it the zoa pox dip, I think its furan 2? Also would you happen to have any Asterina starfish in your tank? If so they may be going to town on them while ur sleeping.

Ive heard many people say 1 and 2 polyp frags can be difficult sometimes? Never tried small frags.

Mine are doing fine, I've got around 9 1-2 polyp frags and they all have opened up. Maybe a 25-50% water change if you haven't already.

It can fungus that killed your zoas. I would dip them with hydrogen peroxide for 10-20 minutes and see if they will recover. You can use a small cup with 80% tank water and 20% HP. After done dipping, rinse it with you tank water before putting it back to your tank. Also place them in higher flow area will help them to fight with fungus.
