Things look a lot better today, all LPS are HUGE, Zoa's are coming out slowly on a few. I do see 2-3 frags of about 12 zoas that are not coming out at all
Again, the alkalinity could be better (8 - 10 dKH).
Undetectable phosphates and nitrates would be good, not a huge deal...
If you get the alkalinity higher, the pH will get better too.

I would say your zoas are very stressed, with the amount of dipping you have done, you are lucky they are opneing up at all. You should really only have to dip once or twice, not 4 times. Your best bet is to get healthy colonies, not one to two polyps frags. If you are going to go this route make sure they are opened and fully grown and are colored up. You can also try feeding them with some coral food, garlic, vitamin c, frozen mix etc with the pumps off during the day and at night.
