I'm speechless....

I'm speechless....

Kevin,

I just read this entire thread. I cannot believe how much has happened since I stopped by a few weeks ago to pick up a few frags. Back then you were testing the glass tank for leaks on your driveway.........

Whew! I must say this new setup looks way sweeter than that old tank. Keep up the good work.

Stan

Thanks guys..! :)

Checkout what I picked up last night. Not fully opened yet but looking good. By the time its done with the QT process the frag tank should ready.

I also got a few others that hasn't opend yet, I'll try to get some after work.

BTW I'm in search for some PPE, can someone direct me to where I can find some other then ebay. Ebay is way to pricey for me....

that is awesome! wow thats so crazy how u put all of that together...and i thought i was handy after creating my sump/fuge...

GREAT WORK!

Coral isn't going to go in until next week, the system is still cycling. But you can be sure I'll post lot of pictures once its stocked.

Finally got the connection cord for the sunlight supply ballast from reefgeeks.com (great service btw). Powered up the 400watt on the luminark last night and .....WOW that thing covers the entire tank very well... I'm actually thinking its too much light for the tank. I may take it down a notch and go 250watt. I'll post pictures when I got off of work but it wouldnââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t really show how bright it is since I had to adjust the camera to take the picture. Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢ll also be doing a complete water test and a water change later today.

How are you doing with bowing without a euro-brace? I have a series of 1'x2'xinches high tanks and the one that got a 1/4" piece snuck in is bowing like mad. I can't imagin the bow on your set-up.

Geez... now that I look back... I am even more worried for you. It looks like the overflow is made of cast... but the tanks sure look like extruded. Can you confirm this?

There is almost no bowing at all, remember that his tank is only 8" tall.

Anyway I did a quick test and Phosphate is a bit high so I'm using some phosphate remover and a 20gal water change to deal with it. I plan to do another 20 gal change mid next week.

Daaaammmnnn son! let me know when u start fragging those sexy zoas.....:D

Im trying to see who works faster now, you or Brent?

Either way nice work...Impressed:cool:
