Well I just bought 2 oceanic cubes for 33 each. The ad only stated all glass tank. Have the clerk check the price for you. Also you have to be a member for the discount.

The bad part is that you have to pay taxes on the 149.99 price so at the end the 33 cube with glass top and light/bulb cost around 45 each.

Anyways, I have 2 so if you have a hard time finding one let me know, PM me. I am in OC area.

You can\'t drill on the bottom of the tank only the sides.

You are right! I went back to the store and bought the cube tank that they said I could not have the day before. I am going to have to return the 40 gal tank I bought yesterday.

Whittier store had a 40 breeder.................saleswoman also told me that they had another shipment coming in tomorrow, so I should call back to see if any cubes came in.......................she also said Montebello had a HUGE aquatic section & maybe I should try there...........anybody around Montebello care to check?????????

I had to drive to whitter for a 40 breeder tank....they have 1 more left so if anyone looking for one...go for it.

Oh...just ask the manager if he/she can look it up to see any store in the area has 40 breeder in stock for you. I did that and the only one showing is the whitter.

For the oceanic cube, the tank was 149.99 and I got like 116.99 off but I have to paid sale tax on the regular price. Please confirm if this is correct. So I ended up paying like 45 for the cube, this is same with the 40gal, I paid like 48 for it.

The add show all glass tank, but there is nothing stating about only all glass tank brand. I tried the one in la habra and it didn\\\'t work, I got 2 cubes from the brea store and I got the manager to help me carry them out. She was about to give me the stand with the tank too but she realize it was seperate.

I dunno I bought 2 cubes and 1 breeder from 2 places and they both charged me taxes on the regular price before the discount. Anyone here please confirm that.

It\'s seem like the price is $149.99 plus tax for the $33 cube, if you have a petsco club card, there is a $116.99 discount so, the tank is $33 bucks plus tax ( from the regular price ) so came out to like $45 bucks. They are not selling straight out $1 per gal, they are having a sale that after discount it\'s $1 per gal before taxes.

This is like buying a 6 pack get another 6 pack free, but you have to pay tax, crv charges on the free 6 pack.
