all are doing great..the baby bandit just went thru a huge growth spurt...I think she is over 2 inches...from a half inch in June to 2 inches in 4 months!

hey kids, sorry for the delay in updating....lots going on...the dt is status quo- all are great, lots of growth, will try and post pics this weekend...
the 2 qt that should be empty are overflowing with fish...I mentioned the lemon peels...was planning on donating them to a tank I helped set-up with a few others in a private business. More on that soon...
here is the list-
4 candy basslets- 2 bonded pairs...lol, apparently the 2 bonded pairs bonded...the 2 pair were collected at the same time in the same area...
cocos lemon peel- bonded pair...I love them and will put them in 1 of the dt fuges...
golden- bonded pair
bicolor- bonded pair
multicolor- bonded pair

and the special fish is the spotbreast x Lamarck/bellus hybrid that was on dd...there has been a lot of fascinating talk about this beautiful fish and listening to Lemon and Julian Sprung offering advice is too cool.... Julian's last comment was, "OK, I changed my mind. I agree with you that this is a melanospilos x lamark."

the business we put the tank in yanked their budget...so we yanked the fish and tank/filter...
so I also have a black cap basslet bonded pair and a royal gramma in 1 of the qt...some of the fish that I purchased for that tank were given to the others that helped set-up the tank...I mention this because I think I have had close to a dozen dd shipments in the past 3 weeks and there was not a single issue with any of the fish...Kevin Kohen and his staff at dd are beyond incredible...

You've had a ton of incredible fish but that hybrid has got to be my favorite. I must have looked at it a dozen times when it was on the DD site. Im happy you ended up with it, now I know exactly where to find it :)Do you plan to pair her up? Very curious what the male coloration would be.

I'm thinking about getting the waterproof case for my iPhone and trying to take video underwater at some point. It will probably take some practice, but might offer a new perspective that we rarely get. It might be a situation where I just hit record and place the phone close to an algae clip or something.
