180G need help moving Sat.

sorry ...I got to work this afternoon...glad to hear you got a great deal, but Mitch is a good guy and I'm sorry to hear what happened to him....

Well the move went swell... Big ups to Staaan, George G, and Jarrett for helping with the move!! You guys rock!! Lunch or Dinner is still on me next time we meet... which is soon!!

Special Thank You to Doc..... wow where to begin! This kind and generous man left on Friday to go to Michigan and what does he do.. He tells me that his wife will be expecting me to show up to pick up the SUV on Saturday so I can move the tank. Who the hell does that anymore?? I'll tell you... DrHarryLopez. A true friend who has become more than a friend to me.... but more like a brother and an inspiration. Thank You bruhh!! See ya when you get back!

@ Ninja.... we're done. Hope all goes well for your family member. Thanks for the offer.

Thank You MikeNY... I agree 110% with you about Mitch. He's one hell of a guy. I kept offering to help him clean up and move things around also but he told me he had it under control. I felt like that was the least I could do. I wish him all the best and I told him I'll check in from time to time. He's got a friend here...

@ Lucid..I know you would of bro. NO SWEAT!! LOL.

Sometimes it's just easier to think without all the commotion around. Besides it only took 20 minutes from thinking to putting to action.

Well I decided that I was going for the open top by removing the braces and eurobracing the 180 all around.

So I started my project.... A filet knife works wonders in getting between the black rim of the tank and glass to remove the rim.

Longside 2nd... etc etc..

Rim completely removed... all done in 30 minutes.

Next will be removing the old silicone and glass braces....
