hgh is not the same, its not a "product" marketed to bodybuilders its a pharmaceutical grade drug.

not all AA work for corals there have been studies as to which specific amino acids corals can use and those are the ones KZ and ELOS use.

I believe most of those "studies" are just marketing.. Ex; You can only use zeolites from KZ... I'm sure you can find the same type from an alternate source. I'm aware there are some that will leach crap into your tank and kill everything.. thats what KZ says anyway, lol.

Sorry Nick, I know your a Zeohead I just don't believe the hype..
I think the same results can be had with Ethanol dosing and other means of supplementation.
 
Sure thing. Dosing ethanol will have similar effects as zeo. Now, I'm not an advocate for zeo or anything.. but the underlying foundation for all the different methods is removing the excess wastes while feeding your tank.

The methods in which you choose is entirely up you.

well jeff results come from many angles in this hobby, i will agree there is way more than one way to skin a cat.

The studies i mentioned were completely independent of KZ and ELOS
they did the research if you do it thats cool but just experimenting with unknowns on your display tank is a bad idea. im not even advocating a brand of AA but i think elos and KZ are best because i like concentrated stuff.

using KZ zeolites is only recommended, using Elos Zeolites with KZ bacteria and carbon or fauna marin zeolites will not crash a tank nobody would make such claims.

OK, so I recently lost a green monti cap with purple edge pretty quickly, which made me suspect monti eating nudis. I dipped my remaining montis in some Permoxyn, and saw some pests shaped like rice grains fly off. Also saw what looked like flatworms? :confused:

You guys think I have monti eating nudis? No pic. Sorry.

I think you have sand sifter pods. What do you think melev ;)

Do they look like this and move pretty fast?

Mark - those are the flatworms that I see coming off my montis. So that's a pod? not a flatworm?

I also have that rice-shaped pest, too. Is that a nudi?

Plan tomorrow: Levamisole dip for my AEFW. Plan is to do 300mg/gallon. Dip for 2 hours with powerhead. Rinse, and return to tank. I'll repeat this dip every 25 days.

Is the 300mg/gallon concentration correct?
