2.5 gal questions

so I bought a 2.5 gal and I want to start cycling it but what filter do i use im looking at 3 any ideas?

Either 1 or 2, definitely not 3. I will assume this tank is for dwarf seahorses? With either 1 or 2 you will still need to put some sort of sponge prefilter on the intake tube to prevent any mishaps.

I agree with Tom. I had number 1 in a 2.5 gallon and it was great! No. 2 I've never tried, but no. 3 does not look like it would work well in your application.
