The swap is now (6) weeks away, and is shaping up to be a spectacular event!

Some excellent vendors have already made the commitment to participate, and more are to be listed soon. If you would like more information on participating as a vendor or "œEarly Bird Hobbyist", please visit LearClub.com for more info. Spots are filling up fast.

If you haven't checked out the recently updated raffle page, we've received some very generous donations so far. Everything from a full tank setup, a nice skimmer, fish food and much more. This is looking to possibly be one of the largest swap raffles around.
Visit; LearClub.com Raffle for more info, and item descriptions.

FragSwapper is now up and running for hobbyists and vendors to arrange presales.
Visit; http://www.fragswapper.com/fragswapper/default.asp to register (registration or the use of FragSwapper is not required to participate at the event)

We hope to see everyone make the trip. This will be an event you don't want to miss.

Getting even bigger!!! About 3049 Sq. Ft. bigger to be exact.

Due to the rapid increase in requests to participate in this year's event the club has made the decision to book the adjacent room more than doubling the size of the venue.

Lots of new vendors added over the weekend!

Just a reminder about hobbyist "œEarly Bird Specials":
General admission participants will NOT be able to set-up a tank/system, or have electrical access. An "Early Bird Special" must be purchased in advance to set up a holding/display tank w/ water, and have electrical access.
The fee for an "œEarly Bird Special" is only $30 for a 4' table section w/ electrical access, and early admittance at 10:00am.

Early Birds are in limited quantity and selling fast! Reserve your spot now before they are all gone.

Visit: www.LearClub.com to see the latest updates, and for more info on the event.

Coolers! A nice big one. :) If it's really cold outside and I know it's a long drive I'll tape a dry chemical hand warmer or two to the lid.

On another note...LEAR folks....please let me know if the FragSwapper.com site shows ANY sign of issues. We just moved and your event is the next one up. Hopefully all of the failed session issues from my old host are in the past--I apologize for that, it was out of my control.

Take care and happy swapping!

Sorry about that...the last piece of the site move started at midnight. I had to wait for it to finish and then reset the address. It was back up around noon but it can take time for the servers around the world to update their cache with the new location. That should be everything now, so once everybody can see the site again we're done!

BTW...The site was technically up the whole time...it was the address that had to be moved! I'm very happy with the performance at our new home.

Tomorrow's the big day.

Doors open at 12:00p for general admission, and the raffle is set to start at 2:30p.

We are expecting an excellent turnout. Just like any other swap the first half hour or so will be a madhouse with people rushing through the door anxious to get set up and start selling. So please be patient and courteous to your fellow hobbyists until everyone gets settled in.

We will have a good amount of open tables available to the general admission hobbyist.

To make things a little easier to locate swappers there will be a "œSwap Map" located centrally at the event. Hobbyists are encouraged to utilize this map by filling your name/username in the slot corresponding your location that you have chosen to "œset-up shop".

Below is an example of what the map may look like.
