220 Gal Build for a 700 gallon system (STRS)

I got accepted into the Beta for the Reeflink which is suppose to be ecotechs answer for true wireless control with your lights. Opening it from the box was pretty straight forward a power cable with a usb port and an option for a Ethernet cable. More soon :)

For future updates the Reef Link pretty much works as expected i use my phone to play around with lights but i haven't gotten to the point where i would try to program my lights using just my phone. There has been talk about how ecotech is going to link their pumps to this device as well so you can change modes variability which sounds really exciting!!

Treated myself to a torch thats jaw dropping. My photos don't do this coral justice its gold tips purpleish stem with a green yellow base heavy heavy contrast for a torch coral.

I recently changed my rockwork over the holidays on the right hand side to give an even more open look allowing me to put the majority of my Euphyllia's in one location.

Really looks good when everything is moving in unison.

I ordered an mp40 so I would come alittle closer to the desire turnover I wanted for this tank when it came to my attention by a friend I could get a mp60 from him for a bunch of corals an offer i couldn't refuse :).Ive always wanted to try out an mp60 and the opportunity came for me to do so. Ive seen these pumps on many display tanks on the forums but it wasn't till i saw one in my hands did I realize how much bigger these pumps are compared to mp40's.

With 5 Ecotech pumps in my tank I decided to put 3 mp40's on my back glass one mp 40 on the right and the monster mp60 on the left side. Im playing around with alot of different settings to figure out what I like best. With a stable alk for the past few months along with a potential 100x turnover in my tank its time to finally start getting some sps corals in this tank again. Stay tuned.

Learning from my previous mistakes and decided to put these chalices on larger frag disk im curious to see their growth rates after they start to encrust.
