lol.. water returning? check!

looks like some nice flow..

I like this build and nice tank but I agree with everyone else that 11 tangs AND a pair of triggerfish PLUS a lot of other small fish is just too many fish even for a 280g. I currently have 4 tangs in my 225g and sometimes feel they need more room just for themselves. I hope you reconsider re-doing your fish list for the sake of the fish. Other than that, everything else is coming along nicely, good luck and keep us posted.

I understand everyone's concern but 10 of the Tangs were already together in my 135g, All Fat and Happy. I might eliminate the Yellow Tang, though but it looks so cool to see the Sailfins and the Purples swimming together.

Steve, I posted on your light rack thread, but was wondering:
Where did you get the swing arms for your rack that you used on your 135???

Interesting to see you not drilling for the returns. I was going to do something similar but everybody told me it was much better to drill. Hmm...

Build is lookin great!

I built them myself.

I got the sump and all pumps on-line and water, rock and sand in. Man,it's hard to round up 400+ gallons of water but we got it done. I put the light rack off the old 135g for temporary lighting and here is the results. Hope you like...

I got my temporary lights on, so here ya go...what ya think?

Steve, looks fantastic...could you post some more shots of your fishroom if you've set up any of your equipment yet?
I'm attempting something similar with the manifold concept, but I'm having trouble getting my head around how everything (skimmer, chiller, etc.) will actually "sit" in my room.
Thanks,
