Here's what I have.
29 gal tank
100watt heater
250 gph hob running empty for flow
25lbs nature's crushed coral mixed with roughly 10lbs of pfs
10lb live rock
Coral pro salt
Have a planted plus led sitting on the shelf I'll use until I decide on a panel. Thinking Mars aqua 165w dimmable, thoughts/experience?? Rodi all the way. I know it's probably corny at this point but I'd like a pair of basic clowns (gf loves nemos and it's tough to keep her interested/non-homicidal at the 8th tank). Big fan of the purple dotty and pajamas Cardinals, not sure if they're viable candidates. I don't know enough but I've certainly retained some knowledge on salty side though reading and getting lost in forumn postings. I'm all ears hear... look forward to working with you guys. Tank is almost full, I'm waiting on a refractometer so the salt is not mixed fully. Just to get the live rock in and submerged I'm thinking mixing based on weight/gallon will cut it, if I under salt a bit will it devastate the lr? I have a hydrometer but most say they're usless for precision??

Just put some new rock in my tank, so I can appreciate the white rock/white sand look. Looks good!

Thanks. I'm sure it's the cleanest it will ever look. Pretty sure I saw the box of 15 pounds of dead rock to finish the scape on my front steps as I was leaving for work.
