if i were you i would definitely put that GROtech dosing pump to use as a Zeostart dosing pump.

That's the general idea if I don't start to get the ich and convert my existing tank into a FWLR only..... :D

Trust me - it's tough!! Basically have to get everything translated...thank god I have a great secretary. Worst part is sometimes I cannot express myself clearly as somehow the translation form English to Chinese seem to get 'lost' somehow.. :(

1ST EXCHANGE OF ZEOVIT ….…

1ST EXCHANGE OF ZEOVIT ….…

As advise, did my first 90% exchange of zeovit today. One thing I love about my Zeo reactor is it’s so easy to remove and exchange….simply unscrew the top screw, twist the top off and the whole inner container can be removed completely. Once the old Zeovit is replace, simply put the inner container in and screw back the top screw… :p

1stZeovitExchange.jpg

My new dosing schedule after the 1st exchange will be as follows:

Daily:
➢ ZeoStart 2: 1 ml 2 x daily (morning / evening)
➢ Pohls Coral Vitalizer (CV): 2 drops daily once corals are in this weekend

2 x/ Week:
➢ ZeoBac: 12 drops daily for 10 days, followed by 12 drops 2 x /week
➢ Pohls Coal Snow (PCS): 5 ml 2 x /week
➢ ZeoFood 7: 4 drops daily for the initial 10 days & then each time with ZeoBac 2 x /week
➢ AminoAcids High Concentrate (AAHC): 2 drops 2 x /week after the initial 10 days I dose ZeoFood7
➢ Pohls K Balance (KB): 3ml 2 x /week

My next Zeo exchange is schedule 6-8 weeks from now so should be between 14 â€"œ 28 July…

Now I’m ready for corals this weekend…

This finally arrived…. This was the reason for the delay in my Profilux Stream cables previously as I was hoping to get it shipped together but since it’s been delay week after week, I finally decided to get this shipped separately…

Good thing a friend’s wife was coming from Singapore so it came along as part of her luggage :p

Along with her luggage came these as well…..

Glad I manage to trap more fish, as my Niger Trigger was getting lonely in the big ocean all by himself. :p

The fishes are getting smarter and becoming more difficult to lure into my beta box…will have to dig deeper into my bag of tricks and think of something new!!

Tonight I also moved my softies and some LPS over to the new tank…. :strooper:

What is the tunze Co2 diffuser?
the c02 is for freshwater planted tanks i guess that ed will just be using the pump, what are you going to use the small pump for Ed? i am this . close to replacing all my circulation pumps with tunze.

Good thing about this pump is there is a little dial at the bottom of the pump where you can adjust the outflow... will be using it temporary as a feed for my CR (until my Peri pump is fix) and then maybe used it as my ATO pump.... let's see.... :)

GSMguy, why are you thinking of changing your Ehiem to Tunze for your circulation pump??

i need more power and for for less money the tunze seem to be a lil more efficient.

tunze 1073.030= 792GPH=$141.35 35-55w adjustable flow :)

eheim 1260=639GPH=$139=65w

Why not just wait for the new Tunze wavepump to come out instead of changing your circulation pump since you already got the Ehiem running??
