3 tank,2600 gal. system room build

I believe 17000 lbs of sand will just about do for my dream system. :) That would bring my total system to about a nice enough size to duplicate a small sample of actual ocean with reef crests and drops offs etc. That would rock.
But until I hit the lottery will live through the folks on RC for bigger dreams then my reality. lol

not much progress to report but here goes. floor did not pass load test. so now its 1 reef tank in wall in livingroom and 1 fowlr in dining room. in wall reef is 120x40x30high euro braced. exteriour overflow 108longx5 wide x 7''high with 3 1-1/2 bulkhead. 70''of teeth want 4000gal flow using bean anamial full syphion. return pump red dragon2 going to a 1 1/2'' return in each back corner. tank flow,8 vortech on timers so that a gyre is created in revercing cycles. also 15 holes in botton of tank plywood to allow for more vortech pumps straight up. talked to tank man. today. sump below tank about 96x30x23high. skimmer either rk2-50pe or bk 650. surhan cal.reactor, zeo. reactor. light not sure,led mabe or t5 or vho fictures. any ideas on anything i am planning plz?
 
fowlr tank is 130x40x36high, internal overflow in end of tank with 5 1 1/2'' holes,cross bracing,full glass top, also all vortech pumps.
