LOL, I have no idea what am I going o do, the issue is that I have an existing 210GAL that is pretty full with corals so it is going to be a challenge, I guess it will need to be a work in progress for while.

Just did the first test run, everything was perfect. It took me a while to get the holes through the wall going but I got them and now the drain and main line are going outside.
Here are the pics.

You are right, I've never even noticed that place, I will still use Lowe's just because it is way closer than exotic but I will keep it as an option, Thank you!

Hey Rogger, do you have a link to a description/schematic of the "Herbie" sump baffle? It sounds intriguing.

Progress is looking good so far. I can't wait till things move over. I'll be home this weekend if you need a hand, but I know you've got a crew of people from the club lined up to give a hand.

Rogger are you going to sell any equipment from the 210? If so I may be interested in some as I am going to be putting up a 210 for Christmas.

I believe he said before that for the time being he was just going to use his previous equipment and just add another skimmer that came with the tank, but it never hurts to ask, and I'm sure he'll give a definite answer

I do but it will take you like a week to read the whole 20 pages that that thread must have by now, in a nutshell, you have to drains in the overflow, one we will call the main there will be no raise pipe on this one, just the bulkhead, the second drain will be call the emergency on, this one will be set up with a raise pipe.
The main line has a gate valve that you adjust the flow thus keeping the water level in the overflow about 1 feet high, this produces a clean drain no air will enter and no bubbles will be created, you control the level by turning the gate valve.
The emergency drain will only work if the main fails.
