Ok guys pm me with what you can bring to the swap, or post it here, as far as napkins, cups, forks, plates, sodas, chairs, tables, and chips. I will have a 15 gallon keg of heineken and will be cooking for about 50-60 people. So far I have counted 37 people interested in coming to the swap. I'm not too fond of kids so please leave them with a babysitter. JK. My house isn't child proof at the moment. We're in the middle of remodeling and our pool is empty and I would hate to see a kid fall into it. My house is open to anyone that wants to come, but please if you get drunk, have a designated driver and don't pee in my fish tank! I hope you guys can help with some of the items because I don't want to charge an admission.

The date has been corrected by the mods. It's moving slow because no one is participating or offering to bring anything to the swap. So far only two people have offered to help with items. I don't want to end up having to provide everything. I opened a deli this monday so I'm pretty much stuck cooking from 6am-7pm monday to sunday, until I train someone.

Unless no one objects to paying an admission fee, I'll rent chairs, tables, and provide everything and admission will be based on how much I spent.

Be careful with that. Some people get bent when talk of "admission" comes up to an event. Call it a donation instead
I think if you find people to bring things like table and chairs it would be better.

Ah man, just realized that is the end of the Laughlin River Run weekend from which I'll be riding back into town on Sunday morning. Maybe I can make it back on time, clean the bugs out of my teeth and still make it over there.
