just let us know what you want to do.It would be cool if everyone pitches in so no one has to give a donation. But tomorrow I'll check how much they cost to buy or to rent, I think they go for $0.80 a chair to rent. Probably would be easier a donation, just incase someone forgets something. So anyone who wants to show up just bring your frags, small donation, and have a good time.

I'll bring 6' fold-up table, 10x10 EZ-UP, and have about 4-6 folding chairs. What are we doing about the food? What is needed? If donation is asked, roughly how much are we looking at? I would prefer to have a normal swap and start a new thread to get it moving. Ask the mods to make it a sticky so it stays at top on the main page. I think burgers and dogs would be fine we all and as for beer just B.Y.O.B plus extra. I wouldn't rent chairs as most people that have been to swaps know by now to bring their own and also most will be walking around meeting and greeting others. Just remember the least amount of worries for you, the least that could go wrong.

how many people are we talking about again? i know i put myself down for the paper plates....i guess i'll bring cutlery and napkins also. If you do get the tables at sams club return them after you are done with them. i work there and i know they have an open return policy.

I have an RO unit so I can make 50-100 gallons of it and mix with IO salt to 1.025, don't know if anyone has any objections to the salt but I get it for $11 at petsmart for 50 gallons. Also I saw two used acrylic tanks at a LFS for $20, I think the dimensions where 60Lx18wx12h, but I didn't jump on it because they weren't sure if any copper was put in the tanks.

I bought bags from Ken's fish a couple of months ago I never used. i think I have 50: 10x22 3mil bags, 50: 8x20 3 mil bags, 100 Kordon breathable bags, and I also have 10 40hour heat packs and 10 60 hour heat packs if anyone wants to buy any the day of the swap, only thing I don't have are rubberbands.

go to Smart and Final and they have the clear plastic deli cups with lids for like $12 for a bags of 50 lids and 50 cups.
