I took the rocks out because the water is getting too smelly some of the rocks are not completely dead yet even after the muriatic bath and bleach bath . In the process I drop one of the arc but its incredibly strong and it only crack on the top I can patch it up or just let it be.
Happy notes my stand is finally stable many thanks Aaron from sps coral store for fixing the almost Unfixable mess of a stand that Reef Apple made ( its really crappy and unstable ) they used a rusted old metal with some many open weld.Anyway It Just need more polishing and red paint now.

after I fixed the leak on the bulkhead, i then try to level the tank its 1/4" uneven on the water level compare to the other-side 8' away.I want it to be perfect so after few tried emptying tank then put the water back on, trying to adjust it to make it perfect it doesn't happen so I finally give up since it time to go to church. Unfortunately the thin acrylic decided give out too... Then crash 150 gallon on the floor. .After 30 times dumping water on my sink with 5 gallons filled with salt water. The downstairs have mostly ceramic tiles but I also have wood. http://youtu.be/F9GFrLXA
Now the tank is still uneven plus its 3/4" too much out to the family built in cabinetry so I have to drain the tank completely
Anyway some of the fish are in the main tank but i dont have the sump yet.
They are currently on Hyposalinity so it will take a while before I have something descent to show.
Hopefully no more disaster .
Good luck with the rebuild. If there is one thing we all know with this hobby, the work is never done.
Have you considered adding a few Algae Scrubbers to the system? A large surface area for algae growth, a skimmer, and your media reactors will help with allowing you to keep a higher stock count.
Check out Bud Carlson's thread on Algae scrubbers.
The rebuild is going slowly and the livestock will be on the minimum this time around, I will just have 25-30 fish not the 150 like it was. I am doing SPS dominant tank and ULNS again so hopefully it works.
The skimmer is big enough to handle up to 1200 gallons and this time I am doing water change every month religiously since I have it on semi automatic.
As far as algae scrubber .. I don't think I will use it , since it will too much work for me. Even though Santa Monica did a great job on it. I was going to get sand filter that goes to biopellets to skimmer but after reading about cerameco detox blox I think I will hold off for now since it a better alternative for me specially on maintenance and electricity. The only thing I wish I did was to get 80 Lbs or more. The 45 pounds that got should work good since its supposed have 30 x more surface area than live rocks. The sump will be here in less than 2 weeks and I am thrilled not to see the temp skimmer on the main tank and all the cerameco detox blox too.
