The fish in the video are being drip acclimated to tank water
You pretend to be smart but how smart is it not to see that after commenting my other thread on reef fishes .

Please stay away from my thread

Thanks
The skimmer pump ( dart gold) is back and running well again also I hook up the biopellets reactor too, hopefully my tank will be descent again.

I took off the ozone inline so the Achilles tang and masked shallowtail suffer bad
But the other 81 fishes are doing well.

Also I am taking a long break from large and expensive angel
So no need for another long tank, Switching to 32" perfect starphire cube .

iphone video under 8 k
SPS continue to dull but the fishes are happy

Lawrence,

Why did you stop using Ozone? Or am I mistaken? Also, did your Achilles recover?

Yes sir I took the ozone for the biopellets
The Achilles was killed by the purple tang and taking the ozone did not help since he was so used it it.
I am planning to redo the whole system in few months once my 32" cube are up and running, to fixed all the rush build mistakes that I did.

Thanks for looking

would you tell us about your feeding regimen? what and how much, how often? what are the nitrate and phosphate levels?

how do you QT fish before adding to the tank?

Carl I feed 6 to 8 times a day
Nitrate and phosphate is out of control right now
Hence I am rebuilding

if you are not starving all those fish i would imagine it is out of control. that is a lot of fish. how high is it? any idea of how many grams of food in a day? do you have a DSB? use GFO?

in an earlier post you said the fish was used to the ozone. ozone is a non discriminatory oxidizer and organisms can not build up tolerance to ozone.

Mike
I am changing the stand , cabinet, floor, drywall around it, plumbing and polished the acrylic

thats a nice tank, i would keep it as is. maybe change up the livestock some.

22second mark left bottom corner, thats a Square Back Anthias?

I think I will try a male one.. are they known to stay in the open? I hate fish that hides...

Thanks
I want have few angels again and very very slowly add them when the renovation is complete

if your interested in angels and large ones at that take a look at post 237, sorry about the vid quality crappy phone video but you can get the point ....I too had to take a second look at some nitrate issues and now have it down to around 20 and working on getting it lower with some more filtration ideas and different water changing schedules......cant wait to see the changes you incorporate the building process is the fun part.....
