Agree, you will get much better results with proper grow lights.

I have now replaced standard LED lights to LED grow lights instead .

Grow lights are for terrestrial plants. I'm not sure I understand what effect you're going for in using them on a reef aquarium. Algae?

Yup, I'm using one over my refugium and it grows chaeto faster than any bulb I've used.
