After discussion with Ehsan Dashti of Triton , we decide to make some modifications to the tank as follows ;
1) Making the overflow to the sump bigger by increasing the pipe size from 2 inch to 4 inch.
2) increase the flow rate from sump to display tank by adding four Abyzz A400 pumps to the system.
3) Adding one more skimmer for sump .
4) Switching from LED to Halide as the depth ( 3 m) of the tank is too deep for conventional LED to grow SPS .

It looks like these are only available in 220v but it was worth checking into. Thanks for the link. That made things easier.

I have no experience with a 3 m tall tank but I would be surprised if there aren't commercial-grade LED lights that wouldn't match metal halides for power, e.g. Orphek Amazonas, but perhaps it would be worthwhile looking at large public aquariums to see what they are using. Metal halides will introduce tremendous heat to your building, not to mention enormous power demands.
It might be a good idea to contact some of the larger LED lamp manufacturers to see what they have to offer that wouldn't necessarily appear in hobbyist ads.

What kind of like is going on top of the tank
there was a tv or youtube special about the curator of this large reef aquarium. At one point he was testing new, commercial LED lights to
grow coral at all levels of his reef to eventually replace the halides:

Yes still using natural sunlight over mangroves .
